Sou\u010dasn\u011b je to n\u00e1vod, jak efektivn\u011b a z\u00e1rove\u0148 velmi chutn\u011b zu\u017eitkovat zbyl\u00fd chl\u00e9b v dne\u0161n\u00edch dom\u00e1cnostech. Rettigov\u00e9)<\/p><p>Rozkr\u00e1jej chleba do hrnku, aby bylo n\u011bco p\u0159es polovic, pak na n\u011bj nalij studen\u00e9 pivo, p\u0159idej trochu km\u00ednu, osol to a nechej va\u0159it, a\u017e se chl\u00e9b rozva\u0159\u00ed.<\/p><p>Do jin\u00e9ho hrnku vraz 3 vejce, dej k\u00a0nim kus m\u00e1sla, 3 dkg cukru a kofl\u00ed\u010dek hust\u00e9 kysel\u00e9 smetany, dob\u0159e to rozm\u00edchej, pak to vlij do pol\u00e9vky a nechej ji za ustavi\u010dn\u00e9ho m\u00edch\u00e1n\u00ed je\u0161t\u011b chvilku pova\u0159it a pol\u00e9vka je hotova.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p>Kdo ji chce m\u00edt p\u0159ikyslou, m\u016f\u017ee do n\u00ed p\u0159im\u00edchat n\u011bkolik l\u017eic vinn\u00e9ho octa a p\u0159idat cukru.<\/p><p>Takto se m\u016f\u017ee d\u011blat i pol\u00e9vka z\u00a0vody m\u00edsto piva, jen\u017ee se m\u00edsto kysel\u00e9 smetany vezme sladk\u00e1 a cukr se vynech\u00e1. Pak se jmenuje \u017eebr\u00e1ck\u00e1 pol\u00e9vka.<\/p><h2><b>CHLEB\u00c1KY<\/b><\/h2><p><i><sup>1<\/sup><\/i><i>\/<\/i><i><sub>2<\/sub><\/i><i> star\u0161\u00edho chleba, 2 mrkve, pl\u00e1tek celeru, 200\u2013300 ml sv\u011btl\u00e9ho piva, 3 vejce, 8 strou\u017ek\u016f \u010desneku, hrst major\u00e1nky, hrst \u010derstv\u00e9ho libe\u010dku nebo petr\u017eelky, mlet\u00fd km\u00edn, s\u016fl, pep\u0159, olej na sma\u017een\u00ed<\/i><\/p><p>Podle tvrdosti chleba nal\u00e1meme na drobn\u00e9 kousky nebo jej nastrouh\u00e1me a zalijeme pivem. Chlebov\u00e9 t\u011bsto sm\u00edch\u00e1me se strouhanou mrkv\u00ed, celerem, drcen\u00fdm \u010desnekem, spoj\u00edme vaj\u00ed\u010dky, oko\u0159en\u00edme km\u00ednem, major\u00e1nkou, sol\u00ed a pep\u0159em.<\/p><p>Pe\u010deme na oleji dozlatova jako brambor\u00e1ky nebo v\u00a0dob\u0159e rozp\u00e1len\u00e9m l\u00edvane\u010dn\u00edku. Mohou se j\u00edst jen tak samotn\u00e9 nebo jako p\u0159\u00edloha k\u00a0masu.<\/p><h2><b>CHLEBOV\u00c9 \u0158\u00cdZE\u010cKY<\/b><\/h2><p><i>4 siln\u00e9 pl\u00e1tky star\u0161\u00edho chleba, 120 g dlouh\u00fdch jemn\u011b kr\u00e1jen\u00fdch pl\u00e1tk\u016f slaniny, 1 cibule, 3 vejce, 100 g hladk\u00e9 mouky, 100 g strouhanky, s\u016fl, olej na sma\u017een\u00ed<\/i><\/p><p>Star\u0161\u00ed chleba nakr\u00e1j\u00edme na siln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed pl\u00e1tky, ty pak na \u0161pal\u00ed\u010dky nebo hranolky, kter\u00e9 obal\u00edme do pl\u00e1tk\u016f slaniny. Cibuli nakr\u00e1j\u00edme na kl\u00ednky a vsuneme ji pod slaninu. \u0158\u00edzek osol\u00edme, opep\u0159\u00edme, obal\u00edme v\u00a0mouce, roz\u0161lehan\u00fdch vejc\u00edch a strouhance. Ve vejc\u00edch a strouhance obal\u00edme alespo\u0148 dvakr\u00e1t. Takto obalen\u00e9 \u0159\u00edze\u010dky sma\u017e\u00edme z obou stran dozlatova.<\/p><h2><b>CHLEBOV\u00dd DORT<\/b><\/h2><p><i>6 \u017eloutk\u016f, 8 b\u00edlk\u016f, 200 g p\u00edskov\u00e9ho cukru, 80 g p\u0159es\u00e1t\u00e9ho strouhan\u00e9ho chleba,<\/i><i><sup> 1<\/sup><\/i><i>\/<\/i><i><sub>4<\/sub><\/i><i> l\u017ei\u010dky sko\u0159ice, 1 tlu\u010den\u00fd h\u0159eb\u00ed\u010dek, k\u016fra z 1 citronu, 200 g mlet\u00fdch o\u0159ech\u016f, 1 l\u017e\u00edce kakaa, 15 g m\u00e1sla a p\u0159es\u00e1t\u00e1 strouhanka do formy, pikantn\u00ed zava\u0159enina<\/i><\/p><p>\u017dloutky ut\u0159eme s\u00a0cukrem do p\u011bny. Pak p\u0159id\u00e1me chl\u00e9b sm\u00edchan\u00fd s\u00a0o\u0159echy, kakaem, sko\u0159ic\u00ed, h\u0159eb\u00ed\u010dkem a citronovou k\u016frou a lehce vm\u00edch\u00e1me sn\u00edh z\u00a0b\u00edlk\u016f. Hmotu vlo\u017e\u00edme do vymazan\u00e9 formy vysypan\u00e9 strouhankou a pe\u010deme m\u00edrn\u011b 45 minut. Hotov\u00fd vychladl\u00fd dort rozkroj\u00edme, nama\u017eeme zava\u0159eninou a povrch pot\u0159eme citronovou polevou.<\/p><h2>SELSK\u00c1 CHLEBOV\u00c1 POL\u00c9VKA<\/h2><p>1\u00bc l vody, 200 g tvrd\u0161\u00edho chleba, 40 g m\u00e1sla, 60 g ko\u0159enov\u00e9 zeleniny, 1 men\u0161\u00ed cibule, s\u016fl, mlet\u00e1 sladk\u00e1 paprika, km\u00edn, strou\u017eek \u010desneku, 1\u20132 vejce, petr\u017eelka<\/p><p>V\u00a0hrnci rozp\u00e1l\u00edme m\u00e1slo, p\u0159id\u00e1me chl\u00e9b nakr\u00e1jen\u00fd na men\u0161\u00ed kousky (v\u00edce k\u016frek ne\u017e st\u0159\u00eddky), na nudli\u010dky nakr\u00e1jenou zeleninu, nadrobno nakr\u00e1jenou cibuli a rozdrcen\u00fd \u010desnek a v\u0161e trochu osmahneme. P\u0159id\u00e1me l\u017ei\u010dku papriky, zam\u00edch\u00e1me, zalijeme vodou, osol\u00edme, okm\u00ednujeme a va\u0159\u00edme, a\u017e se chl\u00e9b rozva\u0159\u00ed. Nakonec do pol\u00e9vky vlijeme rozkvedlan\u00e1 vejce a za st\u00e1l\u00e9ho m\u00edch\u00e1n\u00ed nech\u00e1me srazit. Do tal\u00ed\u0159\u016f rozd\u011bl\u00edme petr\u017eelku a zalijeme pol\u00e9vkou.<\/p><h2><b>ZAPE\u010cEN\u00dd OBLO\u017dEN\u00dd CHL\u00c9B<\/b><\/h2><p><i>1 bochn\u00edk chleba, 125 g m\u00e1sla, 4 strou\u017eky \u010desneku, s\u016fl, pep\u0159, sal\u00e1m (m\u011bkk\u00fd nebo such\u00fd podle chuti), tvrd\u00fd s\u00fdr, vaj\u00ed\u010dko, cibule a zelenina podle chuti (nejl\u00e9pe raj\u010data \u010di papriky)<\/i><\/p><p>Chl\u00e9b rozd\u011bl\u00edme na tenk\u00e9 pl\u00e1tky, asi 1,5 cm, co nejv\u00edce dol\u016f, je ale d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 chleb\u00edk nepro\u0159\u00edznout, bochn\u00edk mus\u00ed z\u016fstat pohromad\u011b. Na m\u00e1sle orestujeme \u010desnek a p\u0159id\u00e1me s\u016fl a pep\u0159 a pot\u00e9 nech\u00e1me vychladnout.<\/p><p>Kdy\u017e m\u00e1slo s\u00a0\u010desnekem vychladne, pot\u0159eme z\u00a0obou stran v\u0161echny kraj\u00edce. Pot\u00e9 mezi kraj\u00edce naskl\u00e1d\u00e1me v\u0161e, co m\u00e1me p\u0159ipraven\u00e9 a co n\u00e1m \u0161makuje. S\u00fdr m\u016f\u017eeme d\u00e1t pl\u00e1tkov\u00fd nebo nastrouhat, sm\u00edchat s\u00a0vaj\u00ed\u010dkem. Povrch chleba rovn\u011b\u017e pot\u0159eme sm\u011bs\u00ed m\u00e1sla s\u00a0\u010desnekem.<\/p><p>Pot\u00e9 chleb\u00edk zabal\u00edme do alobalu, d\u00e1me na plech a \u0161up s\u00a0n\u00edm do trouby. Pe\u010deme na 200 <sup>o <\/sup>C asi 20 minut, pot\u00e9 rozbal\u00edme a je\u0161t\u011b asi 10 minut dope\u010deme, chl\u00e9b mus\u00ed m\u00edt k\u0159upavou k\u016frku.<\/p><p>Po upe\u010den\u00ed roz\u0159e\u017eeme na pl\u00e1tky.<\/p><h2><b>CHLEBOV\u00dd PUDINK<\/b><\/h2><p><i>90 g strouhan\u00e9ho chleba, 5 l\u017eic rumu, 50 g m\u00e1sla, 4 \u017eloutky, 90 g cukru, 30 g loje, 20 g citron\u00e1tu, 20 g kandovan\u00e9 pomeran\u010dov\u00e9 k\u016fry, 50 g rozinek, na \u0161pi\u010dku no\u017ee sko\u0159ice, \u0161petka tlu\u010den\u00e9ho h\u0159eb\u00ed\u010dku, tuh\u00fd sn\u00edh ze 4 b\u00edlk\u016f<\/i><\/p><p>Rozstrouhan\u00fd chl\u00e9b polijeme rumem. V\u00a0m\u00edse ut\u0159eme m\u00e1slo s\u00a0cukrem do p\u011bny a p\u0159id\u00e1me jeden \u017eloutek po druh\u00e9m. Potom p\u0159im\u00edch\u00e1me na kosti\u010dky nakr\u00e1jen\u00fd ledvinov\u00fd l\u016fj, na jemn\u00e9 nudli\u010dky nakr\u00e1jen\u00fd citron\u00e1t a kandovanou k\u016fru, p\u0159ebran\u00e9 a vypran\u00e9 rozinky, rumem navlh\u010den\u00fd chl\u00e9b a nakonec tuh\u00fd sn\u00edh z\u00a0b\u00edlk\u016f. T\u011bsto vlijeme do vymazan\u00e9, jemnou strouhanou houskou vysypan\u00e9 formy a va\u0159\u00edme v\u00a0p\u00e1\u0159e zvolna 1 hodinu. Pudink pod\u00e1v\u00e1me s\u00a0t\u0159e\u0161\u0148ovou om\u00e1\u010dkou.<\/p><h2><b>CHL\u00c9B PLN\u011aN\u00dd MOZE\u010cKEM<\/b><\/h2><p><i>3 moze\u010dky, 30 g m\u00e1sla, 20 g cibule, pep\u0159, 2 vejce, olej na sma\u017een\u00ed, s\u016fl, 16 kraj\u00ed\u010dk\u016f chleba<\/i><\/p><p>Moze\u010dek spa\u0159\u00edme horkou vodou a odblan\u00edme. Vlo\u017e\u00edme jej na p\u00e1nev s\u00a0olejem spolu s\u00a0drobn\u011b nakr\u00e1jenou cibul\u00ed, osol\u00edme a m\u00edch\u00e1me do ka\u0161e. Moze\u010dek rozet\u0159eme mezi dva tenk\u00e9 chlebov\u00e9 kraj\u00ed\u010dky. Potom je nam\u00e1\u010d\u00edme v\u00a0osolen\u00fdch, rozkvedlan\u00fdch vejc\u00edch a rychle ope\u010deme po obou stran\u00e1ch na tuku dozlatova. Pod\u00e1v\u00e1me s\u00a0mrkvov\u00fdm sal\u00e1tem. Chl\u00e9b m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt \u010derstv\u00fd, ale i star\u0161\u00ed.<\/p><h2><b>\u010cESNEKOV\u00dd CHL\u00c9B S\u00a0VEJCI <\/b>(pro 1 osobu)<\/h2><p><i>1 kraj\u00edc chleba, 2 strou\u017eky \u010desneku, s\u016fl, olej, 2 vejce<\/i><\/p><p>Na oleji ope\u010deme siln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed kraj\u00edc chleba dozlatova. Potom jej pot\u0159eme \u010desnekem ut\u0159en\u00fdm se sol\u00ed. Nakr\u00e1j\u00edme jej na v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed kostky a d\u00e1me na \u010distou p\u00e1nev. Chl\u00e9b je ji\u017e nas\u00e1kl\u00fd olejem, p\u00e1nev proto nemast\u00edme. Zalijeme rozkvedlan\u00fdmi vejci a prom\u00edch\u00e1me vidli\u010dkou do zhoustnut\u00ed vajec. Pod\u00e1v\u00e1me s\u00a0celerov\u00fdm sal\u00e1tem.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><h2><b>CHLEBOV\u00c9 KNEDL\u00cdKY<\/b><\/h2><p><i>1 cibule, olej, ztvrdl\u00e9 kosti\u010dky z\u00a0p\u016flky chleba rozdrtit, 2 vejce, \u0161\u00e1lek vody nebo ml\u00e9ka, \u017eitn\u00e1 mouka na zahu\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed, 2 hrsti hladkolist\u00e9 petr\u017eelky, mu\u0161k\u00e1tov\u00fd o\u0159\u00ed\u0161ek, pep\u0159, s\u016fl<\/i><\/p><p>Cibuli nakr\u00e1j\u00edme na kosti\u010dky a na oleji ji osmahneme dozlatova, p\u0159id\u00e1me ji do m\u00edsy k\u00a0nadrcen\u00e9mu star\u00e9mu chlebu, stejn\u011b tak vejce, ml\u00e9ko, asi 4 l\u017e\u00edce mouky, nasekanou petr\u017eelku a ko\u0159en\u00ed. Sm\u011bs prom\u00edch\u00e1me a podle pot\u0159eby je\u0161t\u011b zahust\u00edme moukou tak, aby se z n\u00ed daly tvarovat knedl\u00edky.
