Jak jej spr\u00e1vn\u011b skladovat a zamrazit?<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/b><\/p><p>U\u017e jsme to za\u017eili nejsp\u00ed\u0161e v\u0161ichni. Pokud vycestujeme na del\u0161\u00ed dobu do zahrani\u010d\u00ed, nejv\u00edce n\u00e1m sch\u00e1z\u00ed poctiv\u00fd \u010desk\u00fd chl\u00e9b. P\u0159esto\u017ee jsou v\u00a0posledn\u00edch letech zmi\u0148ov\u00e1ny sp\u00ed\u0161e exotick\u00e9 potraviny, i chl\u00e9b se dost\u00e1v\u00e1 zase do pop\u0159ed\u00ed. Zd\u00e1 se, \u017ee nast\u00e1v\u00e1 obdob\u00ed jeho renesance. Je to nejen z d\u016fvodu pestr\u00e9 nab\u00eddky jeho sortimentu a relativn\u011b n\u00edzk\u00e9 ceny, ale p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm d\u00edky jeho v\u00fd\u017eivov\u00fdm vlastnostem a v\u00fdjime\u010dn\u00e9 chuti kvalitn\u00edho \u010desk\u00e9ho chleba.<\/p><ol><li><b>Jak\u00e9 u n\u00e1s m\u00e1me druhy chleba?<\/b><\/li><\/ol><p>V sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b se v \u010cesk\u00e9 republice vyr\u00e1b\u00ed nespo\u010detn\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed druh\u016f chleba. Prodejce m\u00e1 dle vyhl\u00e1\u0161ky povinnost u nebalen\u00e9ho chleba ozna\u010dovat, zdali se jedn\u00e1 o chl\u00e9b \u010derstv\u00fd, \u010di dope\u010den\u00fd ze zmrazen\u00e9ho polotovaru. \u010cerstv\u00fdm chlebem se rozum\u00ed v\u00fdrobek, jeho\u017e technologick\u00fd proces v\u00fdroby \u2013 od p\u0159\u00edpravy t\u011bsta a\u017e po upe\u010den\u00ed v\u010detn\u011b uveden\u00ed do ob\u011bhu \u2013 nebyl p\u0159eru\u0161en zmrazen\u00edm nebo jinou technologickou \u00fapravou vedouc\u00ed k prodlou\u017een\u00ed trvanlivosti a kter\u00fd je z\u00e1rove\u0148 nab\u00edzen k prodeji spot\u0159ebiteli nejd\u00e9le do 24 hodin po upe\u010den\u00ed. Pokud je chl\u00e9b z polotovaru, v m\u00edst\u011b prodeje mus\u00ed b\u00fdt viditeln\u00e9 ozna\u010den\u00ed \u201eze zmrazen\u00e9ho polotovaru\u201c.<\/p><ol start=\"4\"><li><b>Chl\u00e9b prosp\u011bje\u00a0va\u0161emu zdrav\u00ed<\/b><\/li><\/ol><p>Chl\u00e9b tvo\u0159\u00ed z\u00e1klad v\u00fd\u017eivov\u00e9 pyramidy a v\u00fd\u017eivov\u00ed odborn\u00edci na n\u011bm oce\u0148uj\u00ed i dal\u0161\u00ed p\u0159\u00ednosy. Nenech\u00e1vejte chl\u00e9b na vzduchu (vysu\u0161uje jej) a na sv\u011btle (sni\u017euje obsah vitamin\u016f),\u201c rad\u00ed odborn\u00edk.<\/p><p>Je-li chl\u00e9b je\u0161t\u011b tepl\u00fd nebo vla\u017en\u00fd, p\u0159ed ulo\u017een\u00edm ho v\u017edycky nechte vychladnout. Teprve pak ho zabalte do \u010dist\u00e9 ut\u011brky a ulo\u017ete do tzv. chlebovky \u2013 n\u00e1doby na chl\u00e9b, kterou byste m\u011bli pravideln\u011b \u010distit. Nekr\u00e1jejte chl\u00e9b dop\u0159edu, aby nevyschl. Ide\u00e1ln\u00ed n\u016f\u017e by m\u011bl b\u00fdt zoubkovan\u00fd s dostate\u010dn\u011b tenk\u00fdm ost\u0159\u00edm.<\/p><ol start=\"7\"><li><b>Prodlu\u017ete trvanlivost zmrazen\u00edm<\/b><\/li><\/ol><p>Pokud nedok\u00e1\u017eete sn\u00edst v\u0161echen chl\u00e9b nebo si r\u00e1di d\u011bl\u00e1te \u017eelezn\u00e9 z\u00e1soby, zamrazte jej. Sv\u00e9 vlastnosti si chl\u00e9b p\u0159i mraz\u00edrensk\u00fdch teplot\u00e1ch uchov\u00e1 a\u017e po n\u011bkolik m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f. M\u011bjte ale na pam\u011bti, \u017ee ho mus\u00edte d\u00e1t zamrazit co nej\u010derstv\u011bj\u0161\u00ed a vlo\u017eit do uzav\u0159en\u00fdch um\u011blohmotn\u00fdch obal\u016f. Pokud chleba nakr\u00e1j\u00edte na kraj\u00edce, odd\u011blte je od sebe mikrotenovou f\u00f3li\u00ed. V\u00a0p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b pot\u0159eby ho rozmrazujte samovoln\u011b p\u0159i pokojov\u00e9 teplot\u011b, m\u016f\u017eete vyu\u017e\u00edt i rozmrazovac\u00ed funkci mikrovlnn\u00e9 trouby.<\/p><ol start=\"8\"><li><b>Sledujte informace na obalu<\/b><\/li><\/ol><p>Z\u00a0etikety na balen\u00e9m chlebu zjist\u00edte d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 informace: n\u00e1zev v\u00fdrobku, druh a skupinu chleba, hmotnost, seznam slo\u017eek, v\u00fd\u017eivov\u00e9 hodnoty, alergeny, datum minim\u00e1ln\u00ed trvanlivosti, v\u00fdrobce, jeho adresu a zemi p\u016fvodu. Sledujte pe\u010dliv\u011b informace na etiket\u011b a vyb\u00edrejte chl\u00e9b dle sv\u00fdch individu\u00e1ln\u00edch pot\u0159eb.<\/p><ol start=\"9\"><li><b>Napov\u011bd\u00ed zna\u010dky kvality<\/b><\/li><\/ol><p>Hodn\u011b o kvalit\u011b v\u00fdrobku napov\u00ed zna\u010dka, sledujte proto na obalu loga kvality.
